Project Management
We offer specific services to help develop and manage key projects on behalf of clients. Our team has extensive commercial experience built up over many years and in different business and public service sectors and have wide knowledge of managing project work using Prince2 methodology.
From first enquiry we will develop a brief, conduct appropriate research and design a plan to meet client needs. We can then subsequently manage projects for clients – delivering to target and on time – both one off short term schemes as well as longer term projects running for several years. These projects range from specific training programmes for individual schools to large scale cross regional schemes run over two years for regional government agencies e.g. the Northern Way KS3 Enterprise Education Project (NEEP) or the Pan Merseyside Education Programme.
We will work to either specific tenders or help design bespoke projects to meet a clients direct requirements.
