Enterprise Advisor Service Northwest Team

We have an excellent team of experienced Enterprise Advisors and trainers drawn from senior positions in the business world. Some have teaching experience as well and all have been trained in consultancy skills. The team is backed up by our two young graduates – Catherine Greaves and Jennifer Lym – who have vital support roles with our central team and with our partners at New Heys School.

    Joy has worked extensively in the FE sector and on employment projects as well as having wide commercial experience including running a successful SME in the IT sector. She is a trained consultant with extensive project management experience and is a Prince 2 practitioner.

    James has come from a business background where he has worked in various sectors and has wide experience of management consultancy.

    A qualified Management Accountant, Carol worked for many years in M&S Money and has extensive experience of delivering Financial Literacy courses in schools across the country.

    A former maths teacher and experienced advisor, Debbie joined us from Young Enterprise where she headed up the Merseyside team.

    Mike spent 32 years with ICI in senior management positions in Production, R&D, Sales and Marketing and then became the UK Sales Manager of Digital Printers for the HP Indigo Division. One of the original Enterprise Advisors appointed by the DfES, he subsequentlyset up E4A - Enterprise for All Ltd with 2 colleagues.

    Julia successfully ran her own designer womenswear label for 4 years, winning accolades such as Cumbrian Businesswoman of the Year, Shell Live Wire Best Creative Business in the Northwest, numerous Princes trust Business awards, and Cumbrian Young Entrepreneur of the Year.  Julia was also national semi finalist in HSBC New Generation of Business Stars.  She has since worked at HE & FE level as an Associate Lecturer and has 4 years experience working with secondary schools on Enterprise Learning.

     Susie spent 15 years in the Surgical and Pharmaceutical industry in senior management positions in HR, Customer service, IT, Marketing and Sales.  As an enterprise advisor for the  last 5 years Susie has worked with schools and businesses across the northwest delivering CPD and working collaboratively with them on numerous enterprising projects
